Parham Transfer

Far from authorized shipping lanes, a rogue Starfleet officer transfers from the runabout he acquired to a civilian ship, the PARHAM. He knows that his time is limited and pre-programs an evasive course into the now empty runabout's nav console in the hope of gaining even a few extra hours to evade capture.
